Effective 9 September 2026
These terms are a contract between you and eNetIdeas Ltd ("eNetIdeas", "we"), registered in England and Wales under company number 07465254, registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. They govern your use of Mailgestor Cloud at app.mailgestor.com and the mailgestor.com website. By creating an account you accept them. If you act for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that organisation.
Mailgestor Cloud archives Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes — mail, calendar and contacts — builds the exports you choose, lets you browse the archive and download the files, and deletes its copy six months later, or sooner when you ask. Access to the source is read-only: we never send, move or delete anything in a connected mailbox.
The service archives mailboxes — mail, calendar and contacts — and does not offer long-term hosted retention.
You must give accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for what members of your account do. Owners manage owners and billing; Admins run jobs, connections and releases; Auditors read the audit log; Viewers browse. You must be at least 18.
You may only connect and archive a mailbox you own or are authorised to archive — as its owner, or as an administrator of the organisation that holds it acting within your authority and your organisation's policies and the law. You are the data controller for archived content and responsible for the lawfulness of archiving it, including any notice owed to the mailbox's user. We rely on the consent or admin grant you give through Google or Microsoft, and we process archived content only on your instructions, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
We measure each mailbox before a job starts and show you its size and message count. Jobs run in parallel and resume from checkpoints if interrupted. After the first pass we run catch-up passes for mail that arrived during the archive, then mark the job Archived and notify the requester. We pace requests under Google's and Microsoft's quotas, so a large archive can take time; progress is shown live.
We depend on Google and Microsoft APIs. If a provider changes, limits or revokes access, we will do what we reasonably can, but we cannot guarantee that every mailbox can be archived or how long it will take.
You choose which exports to build per mailbox. Exports expire and are deleted seven days after they are built. You are responsible for the files once downloaded. Every download is recorded in your audit log.
Archived mailboxes are kept for six months after their last archive pass, then deleted with a week's notice by email, during which you can keep them for a further six months from the app. You may delete a mailbox or your account sooner at any time; a grace period lets you cancel. A connection that has not run a job for six months has its credential removed. After a purge we hold nothing and cannot recover it. Keep your downloaded files safe — they are the product.
You must not use the service to access a mailbox without authority, to breach any law or another person's rights, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell it without our written agreement. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is doing any of these, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care and as described on the site. We will keep the security measures described in our Privacy Policy. We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted operation, and we may take it down for maintenance with notice where practical.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss. In particular, once exports have expired or a mailbox has been purged, we are not liable for your inability to obtain the files again.
Mailgestor Cloud is proprietary software owned by eNetIdeas. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. The archived content and the exports are yours (or your organisation's); we claim no rights in them.
We may update these terms; if a change is material we will email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. You may close your account at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach. Unused licences on an account we close without cause will be refunded.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
